Happy Feast to you all, especially the good gentlemen of the FSSR on Papa Stronsay, on their founder's feast day. Also to anyone who, like myself, suffers from any form of arthritis or joint problems, of whom St. Alphonsus (himself disabled by arthritis in later life, as the picture above shows) is a special patron.
